Check-in from 15:00 till 18:00, check-out - from 8:00 till 12:00.

Apartment rules
- Reception and accommodation arrangements and maintenance of the premises
- Only one parking space per apartment;
- The guest must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount of the stay is paid by bank transfer 2 days before the day of arrival;
- Apartments are serviced and bed linen is changed every third day. Additional handling and linen change costs 50 eur;
- Guests arriving with pets assume full responsibility for any damage caused;
- If the inventory is lost or damaged, the Guest shall indemnify the damage;
- The Lessor is not responsible for the items left and lost by the Guest and / or the damage caused to them in the Apartments;
- The Guest is responsible for any accidents that occur in the Apartments.
Forbidden
- Keep pets in the Apartments without the consent of the Landlord. The fine is 100 eur;
- To make noise and not allow other Guests to sleep during the night (from 22:00 to 08:00);
- Smoking in the apartment. The fine is 100 eur. There are smoke detectors in the rooms;
- Leave small children (up to 12 years old) unattended in the Apartment;
- Invite unauthorized persons to the Apartments without informing the Landlord;
- Bring life-threatening tools and weapons to the Apartments;
- Take bed linen, towels and other items from the Apartment.
Notes
- Please bring your own beach towels;
- We do not wash personal clothes and dishes;
- Thank you for leaving a clean apartment.
