Walking through the fresh pine forest path distance to the beach only 350 meters and cycling track which is 150 meters away is a great opportunity for you to reach the center of Palanga, or a town of Šventoji that makes it perfect location for your vacation, whether beach, walking, cycling or simply relaxing. Surrounding environment will help you feel a true holiday and your kids will be able to spend time in safe and perfectly looked after playgrounds.

Apartment price per night during the season (June 1st. - September 1.) 143 EUR. 15% discount till June 20, except festive days!
Apartments price per night during off season (September 1st. - May 31) 90 EUR.
The price exludes local municipality fee - 1 EUR per persons per night and 30 EUR per stay for apartment cleaning.
Apartment on bank holidays is the season price .
Minimum booking 7 nights during the season, off season 2 nights.
If you want to rent the apartment for a shorter period, please enquire in advance.

Apartment rental price during the hihgh season (June 1 - September 1) – 110 € / night. 15% discount until June 20th, except festive days!
Apartment rental price during off-season (September 1 - May 31d) – from 75 € / night (for 2 persons).
The rate does not include a city tax of € 1 per person per night, a € 30 cleaning fee per stay.
Minimum period of stay during the high season – 7 nights, off-season – 2 nights.

Check-in time: 14: 00-22: 00, chekc-out time: till 12:00.
Check-in after 22:00 is subject to a surcharge of 10 €.
