We offer two cosy and modern apartments located in a recreation complex in Nida. The building has recently been refurbished and the outdoor area is maintained to an excellent standard.
- There are four picturesque outdoor terraces situated within the complex. You can watch the sun rise whilst having your morning coffee, and watch it set whilst enjoying an evening meal.
- A private pool, jacuzzi and Turkish sauna are located in the basement of the building, so there are plenty of activities to be enjoyed - even in the unlikely event of poor weather!
- A number of superb tennis courts may be found within the complex’s courtyard area, so you can try out this popular sport for yourself!
Both apartments are equipped with ample shower and toilet facilities, and each kitchen is fully fitted with contemporary domestic appliances (crockery and cutlery are also provided). The furnishings are modern, yet also comfortable and functional, and each apartment has its own TV and radio. Clean bedding, towels and essential toiletries will be provided for you upon arrival. Both apartments can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
2 bedroom studio apartment (on two floors)
Cosy, practical and very well equipped two storey apartment, measuring 442 sq. feet and located on the first and second floors. This apartment can accommodate up to four people (+1).
There are two separate sleeping areas within the apartment, which provide flexible sleeping arrangements for four family members or two couples.
Car parking is available on the road adjacent to the apartment.

- High season(1 June - 31 August): €90-150 per day
- Low season: from €60 per day (weekdays), from €80 per day (weekend or festive days)

1 bedroom studio apartment
A modern, spacious, light and sunny studio apartment, measuring 345 sq. feet and located on the ground floor. This apartment can accommodate up to four people.
- The apartment is fitted with panoramic windows, which provide an amazing view of Curonian Lagoon and the nearby pine forest.
- A private car parking space is provided for guests staying in the apartment. This is situated in the courtyard car park.
- The apartment’s ground floor location is especially convenient for people with young children and buggies!

Additional information
- During peak season, apartments may be booked for 4 days.*
- During off-peak times, apartments may be booked for either a minimum 2 days.*
*excludes separate agreements with the Landlord
- A 30% deposit is required upon reservation.
- The remaining sum must either be paid via bank transfer at least three days prior to arrival, or paid in cash upon arrival.
- All cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the negotiated arrival date. Any cancellations made after this time may result in your deposit not being refunded.
- Arrival time: after 15:00
- Departure: before 12:00 (noon).
