Additional information:

  • The number of persons arriving is coordinated in advance with the host
  • The reservation is confirmed after the advance transfer of 50% of the amount. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival. In case of no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable
  • Free cancellation of the reservation no earlier than 3 weeks before arrival
  • Arrival time 3:00 p.m. Departure at 12:00 p.m.
  • Quiet time 22:00 - 8:00
  • The shortest vacation time is 3 days
  • Parties are not welcome
  • Smoking is prohibited in the premises
  • With prior agreement, we can accept a pet

An additional deposit of €100 is requested upon arrival, which is returned upon departure if the premises are left in order and without damage.
