The Guest House is located in a very peaceful and lovely place, in the zone by sand-dunes. It is surrounded by pinewoods and meadows. Just 50 metres to the beach!
You can walk to the downtown of Sventoji in 10 min. In the town there are many entertainment and catering places: bars and cafes. 30 m to the nearest supermarket. 8 km to Palanga, 3 km – airport. There is a bicycle path right in front of the guest house.
Apartaments are very convenient: TV (local), Wireless internet (Wi-Fi), bathrooms, kitchen (individual or common). In the common kitchen there are cupboards with dishes, tools and a fridge.
Apartaments of the second floor have a view to the sea.
Prepayment of 50% is required for reservation.
The prepayment is non-refundable in case of non-arrival in agreed time.

"Pries veja" - cafe o nthe shore of the sea
Cafe "Pries veja" 50 meters to the perfect sandy beach of the Baltic sea. The cafe is located in the territory of a guest house "Ošupio Kopa", it is surrounded with perfect nature: seaside pine forest, dunes, seaside bicycle path.
We offer a great hot and refreshing soft drinks and a range of hot, locally baked cakes and snacks.
On the second floor of a non-traditional environment, you can take a break admiring coastal scenery.
During low-season (from september till may) cafe offers for banquets, birthday parties, weddings, team building events (25-30 persons).
10 minutes on foot to the center of the resort Sventoji, 8 km to the center of Palanga and 3 km to Palanga airport.
