Accommodation with a private entrance and a terrace of 36 sq. meters.

The apartment (1 bedroom with living room and 10 sqm terrace) can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Nearby pine forest with a hiking, roller-skating, cycling path leading to the sea (about 250 meters of pleasant walks).

The city center is 2 km away, and the airport is 4 km away.
Nearby is the hotel restaurant and SPA center "Vanagupe" - 300 m., Restaurant and SPA "Gradiali" - 300 m.,
rehabilitation center, and hotel "Palangos Linas" - 300 m., Armenian cafe "ARARAT" - 400 m.

The territory of the house has a private entrance only for the residents of the building.
