Vilija and Saulius are happy to welcome You to villa "Medeina".

This is a new villa, built of glued timber, so the name of villa associates with the name Medeina which is the Lithuanian goddess of forests and hunting.

Our motto is "a village in the city": quietness and ecology as in the countryside, and the range of services as in the city.

The villa was fully completed only at the beginning of 2012. A plan of territory can be found here. Villa is located in the Sventoji village of the Palanga city.
We are near the center of Sventoji but at the same time far enough away from the noise which can disturb the rest.

Close from the villa (a few hundred meters away) is the ornithological reserve, Sventoji river, canals.
A few home, country road, a nearby forest makes feel like in real village.

We hope that existing infrastructure and offered services will provide you a full rest.
We receive for individual guests and groups as well (up to 20 people).

Would you like an active holiday in nature? The fishing in the lakes, river, canals and the sea will give a pleasure not only for men.
Nearby forests provide the opportunity to gather mushrooms and berries.

Failed with weather? Maybe this could be offset by trips to Klaipeda, Palanga, Curonian Spit, Liepaja (Latvia) and the picturesque surroundings of these cities?

Villa "Medeina" is the perfect place for those who wish to have the quietness, calmness and nature.

You can always count on our recommendations and assistance in planning and organizing the rest.

The villa is only 750 meters from the Sventoji Centre.
The distance to the nearest beach to the sea is the 1500 m by road (900 m by straight line).

Check-in on the day of arrival from 14 hours.
Check-out up to 12 hours.

We offer a wide variety of paid and free services.
Also there is possibility for the personal activities, so we offer you to bring your own inventory (see "RECOMMENDED BRING").

FREE SERVICES
- Transportation from / to Palanga airport or bus station at arrival / departure day (if the stay is not less than 5 nights);
- Transportation from / to Sventoji bus station at arrival / departure day;
- Wireless internet (Wi-Fi);

PAID SERVICES
1 day trip to Klaipeda, Palanga, Kretinga, Curonian Spit, Liepaja and their surroundings.
Fishing organization in free and paid waters. Price is variable depending on the water, season, etc.;
Fishing tools set rent. The set includes a rod, reel, fishing line, the corresponding fishing hook and weights. The number of sets are limited;
Bike hire. Bike number are limited;
Small pets are welcome. Price is 3 € pet/day. It is necessary to get the hosts permission and to agree with the rules dedicated to pets keeping in the villa "Medeina".

All prices above apply to stay up to 4 persons for one day. Apartment 1, 2 and 3 can accommodate up to 5 persons. Apartment 4 - up to 4 persons.
All villa rental price does not depend on the number of people, but no more 20 persons.
For 5th person in room the price increased by 10 € / day (regardless of the season).
Children under 3 years stay for free without extra bed.

The rest of the amount is paid at the first day in a villa.

NON SEASON

Prices are negotiable, but no more than 70% at current prices of the mid-season (06.21 – 07.15 d).

WE CAN PROPOSE SUCH ROOMS:

2 one-room apartments with the mezzanine, which may contain up to 5 people each,
1 apartment of two rooms, where can live up to 5 people,
1 apartment of one room, where can live up to 4 people,
It is also possible to rent the entire villa that could accommodate up to 20 people.
