In Palanga, in a quiet place the timbered houses are for rent.
One house is renting for group of 2-6 people.
Another house is renting for group of 2-4 people.

The house leases without strangers. Here for having a rest your are welcome the year round.

It is possible the long time rest.

Mini Villa is focused on quiet family rest.

For carrying out of noisy parties Mini Villa is not rented. It is possible to bring the pets only in advance it having discussed with owners.

Beside living owners will try to do everything that your rest will be carefree and delivered to you only enjoy and pleasure. House is timbered.

Prices and conditions of rent

Approximate Mini Villa prices:

Mini Vila 1 for 2-6 people not in season time 150 - 400 Lt or 45-120 Eur. During the season time – 250 - 700 Lt or 75 - 200 Eur.

Mini Vila 2 for 2-4 people not in season time 100 - 200 Lt or 30 - 60 Eur. During the season time – 150 - 300 Lt or 50 - 90 Eur.

The prices are fixed individually according to the agreements between owners and clients. Approximate prices does not apply for special occasion, New Year celebrating!

Discounts will be applied to fan of chess who win a game in chess with owner!

Your arrival of the ordered day from 15 o’clock, leaving till 13 o’clock.
Rooms are cleaned every day in convenient time for clients.

The price for using hydromassage pool, stipulates each time separately. Time of using of hydromassage pool from 8 o’clock till 2 2 o’clock.

For ordering Mini Villa house 30-50 % advance payment.

Other sum is paid on arrival. Money are transfering in lits (LTL) on account

The order starts to operate from the date of reception of advance payment and from notification of the order reservation to the customer.

The contract for rent services will be signed with having a rest clients.

NOTE

If comes more people than was stipulated and if clients not having agreed with owners in advance will bring with itself pets and will change the stipulated conditions of rest, owners reserve the right to itself to reconsider in advance finished agreed prices or to give up them in arrangement.

Owners to avoid damage which can arise in connection with unsuitable behaviour of having a rest clients, can ask to pay in the advance payment cost of damage which in case of suitable behaviour will be returned in the end of the termination of their rest.
