Birgita resthouse

The house that I rent is a private property with the following rooms: double room, triple room with double bed, double room with sleeping settee in the living area, and five sleeping beds (living room for the children of resting families) in the ground floor with separate bathroom and WC. There is large dining-room with all needed domestic appliances and kitchenware in the house. In extra cases, I rent my personal space – another double room, kept for myself.

I don’t rent separate rooms, only the whole house for the groups of people or families. The house is newly built, located in a really beautiful place, perfect for the holiday stay. There is a stream surrounded by birch and fir forests right next to the house, blind alley and a large playing-filed for sport activity. There are no problems regarding parking and its safety. Two the most necessary grossery stores stand not far away from the house. The house territory includes two closed yards for the grill. NOTICE – no feeding service are being provided during your holiday stay.

The total price for a house for one night – 200 EUR. If you decide to book this house for sure – please inform me as soon as possible. I will then send you contract and wait for advanced payment. The rest amount can be paid on the day of your arrival.
